All you need is some comfy clothes & a comfortable place to sit, & not to be disturbed. You may light a candle if it helps you relax & focus, but try to make sure it's not scented! A digital worksheet will be provided just before the event, that you can either print out or use as a template to graph your own with paper & pen.
